Living in Kodaikanal has been a dream come true for me.  I spend all my days in big cities in India and finally wanted to escape from the heat and the pollution and noise.  Kodaikanal is a beautiful hill station in south India, Kodaikanal is located in Tamil Nadu and is close to both Coimbatore and Madurai airports.  Kodaikanal is a six hour drive from Kochi and Kodaikanal is a 7 hour drive from Chennai and Bangalore. 

When I was thinking of moving to Kodaikanal or Kodai as its called by many of its residents, I wanted a place that is surrounded by trees and nature and a quiet area that is not too far from the Kodaikanal town.
